The BMW PGA Championship is the DP World Tour's flagship week in England, played on the West Course at Wentworth. Virginia Water sits just outside the M25. Heathrow Terminal 5 is about 25 to 35 minutes in decent traffic. The course itself is not the problem. Parking, the A30, and getting hospitality guests from a Surrey hotel to the right gate on time is the problem. A private chauffeur solves it.
Practice and pro-am days run 15–16 September 2026, with championship days 17–20 September. Wentworth hosts this event every year. The 2027 dates follow the usual mid-September slot and will be added once the Tour confirms them.
Transfer plan
- Heathrow, Gatwick or London City to Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Ascot or Windsor hotels.
- Daily hotel-to-Wentworth drops at the allocated spectator or hospitality entrance.
- Waiting or a mid-afternoon collection if your group is only staying for a session.
- Evening runs into Windsor, Virginia Water or back into London.
- Sunday evening airport returns timed to long-haul departures from Heathrow.

Local knowledge
- M25 junction 13 is the approach. Friday championship traffic backs up on the A30 towards the estate. We time the drop to your gate, not to a sat-nav ETA.
- Wentworth parking for spectators is limited and slow. Drop-and-go is the reason to book a chauffeur rather than a hire car.
- Virginia Water, Sunningdale, Ascot and Windsor are the hotels that make the daily run easy. Central London works if you accept a longer morning.
- The West Course is the championship layout. Corporate and hospitality guests often have a named entrance. Send us the gate note with the booking.
