FBO meet-and-greet
We cover Signature Flight Support and business aviation arrivals at Inverness and Aberdeen, plus Edinburgh and Glasgow private aviation when the trip continues north. Flight details go to us in advance; the chauffeur meets you at the agreed point and runs straight to your destination.

Road, loch and sea
After the FBO, the journey rarely stops at the nearest hotel. Common continuations include Royal Deeside and Speyside from Aberdeen, Skye and the west coast from Inverness, and ferry connections at Ullapool or Mallaig. We also arrange private loch time where a boat fits the day, so land and water sit in one itinerary.

Exclusive properties
Many private aviation arrivals are tied to a specific house, castle or lodge. Through our concierge service we book exclusive-use and high-end properties, align check-in with your landing time, and have the chauffeur deliver you to the door. Property costs are pass-through; arrangement carries a 10% + VAT concierge booking fee.
Arranging the private jet
If you need the aircraft as well as the car, we work with licensed brokers and operators. We do not operate jets or hold an airline certificate. You get a single Scotland-facing brief: where you land, who meets you, where you stay, and how the first days on the ground run.
The same model applies when the next morning is an island. Helicopter island days from Inverness put a licensed helicopter over the water and our Mercedes and touring chauffeur on the ground at Orkney, Harris or Mull.

Frequently asked questions
Do you meet private jets at the FBO?
Yes. We meet at Signature Flight Support and other Scottish FBOs, including planeside or terminal collection where airside access is arranged. We track the flight and adjust for early or late arrivals.
Is this different from a commercial airport transfer?
Yes. Private aviation uses the FBO, not the main passenger terminal. Meeting points, luggage handling and timing are different. Discretion and a ready vehicle matter more than a name board in public arrivals.
Do you operate the aircraft?
No. We arrange private jet travel through licensed brokers and operators. Venture Highland handles Scotland ground transport and can coordinate the air booking as a concierge service. We do not hold an AOC or fly aircraft ourselves.
Can you arrange transport by road, loch or sea?
Yes. After the FBO meet we run Mercedes chauffeur on the road, and we arrange loch and sea connections (ferries, private boat charters where available) so the journey continues without you rebuilding the logistics yourself.
Can you book exclusive properties in Scotland?
Yes. We book exclusive-use castles, estate houses and high-end hotels on your behalf. Those stays are charged at the property rate plus a 10% + VAT concierge booking fee covering payment processing and arrangement.
