Incentive Travel in Scotland
Transport and concierge coordination for corporate reward trips, team incentives and executive retreats across Scotland. We handle the logistics so the experience runs smoothly.
Scotland is a proven destination for incentive travel. Whisky distilleries, world-class golf, Highland estates, castle venues, and dramatic landscapes make it a strong choice for rewarding top performers and hosting executive retreats. Venture Highland provides the transport and concierge coordination — we handle the logistics so the experience runs smoothly.
We are not a package operator or travel agent. We provide private concierge coordination and chauffeur transport, then connect you with the right venues, distilleries, estates and activity providers — each booked separately and billed directly by the provider. This keeps your programme flexible and fully under your control. For corporate event support, see our corporate hospitality page.
Experiences we help coordinate
We suggest, plan and coordinate transport around these experiences. Third-party activities and venues are arranged separately and invoiced directly by each provider.

Why Scotland for incentive travel
Direct flights from major hubs. Edinburgh and Glasgow have direct connections from London (1.5 hours), Amsterdam (1.5 hours), Dublin (1 hour), Paris, and most major European cities. Inverness has direct flights from London, Bristol, and Amsterdam. Getting groups into Scotland is straightforward.
Compact geography. Edinburgh to the Highlands takes around 3 hours by road. St Andrews is 1 hour from Edinburgh. Speyside is 2.5 hours from Inverness. Multiple regions and experiences are accessible within a single week, without long-haul domestic travel or internal flights.
The mix. Golf, whisky, castles, wildlife, Michelin restaurants, outdoor adventure — Scotland has the variety to keep groups engaged across multi-day programmes. A single trip can move from a Speyside whisky trail to championship golf to a Highland estate dinner without covering the same ground twice. See our full private touring options for route ideas.
Incentive travel FAQ
What group sizes can you handle for incentive travel?
We work with groups from 2 to 50+ guests. For smaller groups we use individual Mercedes vehicles with a dedicated driver. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles, staggered pickups, and a single point of contact for the organiser. Coach hire for very large groups can be arranged separately with a third-party operator.
How far in advance should we plan an incentive trip to Scotland?
We recommend 8–12 weeks for standard programmes and 3–6 months for peak season (May to September) or programmes involving popular venues like St Andrews or Gleneagles. Earlier planning gives better availability for distillery visits, estate access, and premium tee times.
How is incentive travel pricing structured?
Transport is quoted based on vehicle type, duration, and distance. Concierge coordination is included for standard planning. For complex multi-day programmes with extensive third-party coordination, a planning fee may apply. All third-party costs — accommodation, dining, activities — are arranged separately and invoiced directly by each provider.
Do you plan the full itinerary or just handle transport?
We provide transport and concierge coordination. We suggest routes, timings, venues and experiences based on your objectives, then connect you with the right providers. Third-party services — distilleries, estates, restaurants, activity operators — are booked separately and billed directly by each provider. We are not a travel agent or package operator.
What areas of Scotland do you cover?
All of Scotland. Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, the Highlands, Speyside, Perthshire, the west coast, Isle of Skye, and the far north (Caithness, Sutherland). We are based in Inverness and operate daily across every region.
What is included in your service versus arranged separately?
Included: private chauffeur transport in Mercedes vehicles, concierge planning support, itinerary coordination, timing management, and on-the-ground logistics. Arranged separately: accommodation, dining, activities, experiences, venue hire, and any third-party services. Each external provider invoices you directly.
