Highland Concierge Services
Private concierge support across the Scottish Highlands. Estate coordination, route planning, chauffeur logistics, and local intelligence from Inverness to the far north and west coast.
The Scottish Highlands cover over 10,000 square miles of mountain, coast, loch, and glen. Navigating this landscape takes local knowledge – not just knowing the roads, but understanding the seasons, the estates, the single-track sections, and the timing that makes each day work. Our Highland chauffeur service and private Highland tours are built on that knowledge, and our concierge assistance extends it to every aspect of your visit.
From Inverness, the A82 runs south through Loch Ness and Glen Coe to Fort William. The A9 heads north past Dornoch to Caithness. The A87 crosses west to Skye. The NC500 loops 516 miles around the northern coastline. We plan itineraries across all of these corridors, coordinating chauffeur transport, accommodation suggestions, dining, estate visits, and activities. All third-party services are arranged separately on your behalf – we provide the concierge assistance and planning support.

Highland Concierge FAQ
What areas do your Highland concierge services cover?
We cover the full Scottish Highlands: Inverness-shire, Ross and Cromarty, Sutherland, Caithness, Lochaber, Badenoch and Strathspey, and Skye. From the A82 corridor through Glen Coe to the NC500 coastal route, our planning covers every corner of the region.
Can you arrange access to private Highland estates?
We assist with access coordination for estates where private visits are available. This includes sporting estates in Sutherland, castle properties around Beauly and Strathglass, and west coast shooting lodges. Access and any associated fees are arranged directly between you and the estate.
How do you handle single-track road logistics in the Highlands?
Our drivers know every passing place. Roads like the A87 to Skye, the A838 around Durness, and the A896 through Torridon are single-track with passing bays. We plan timing to avoid oncoming traffic bottlenecks, especially on summer weekends when the NC500 is busy.
Do you provide concierge support for NC500 trips?
Yes. The North Coast 500 is a 516-mile route starting and ending in Inverness. We plan stop sequences, book accommodation and dining, coordinate chauffeur transport, and advise on the best direction (clockwise avoids the worst of the campervan traffic in high season).
Can you coordinate multi-day Highland itineraries?
Absolutely. Multi-day Highland trips typically run 3 to 7 days. We design day-by-day itineraries covering castles, distilleries, walks, coastal stops, and dining. Chauffeur transport is arranged separately and can be booked for the full duration or specific days.
What seasonal factors affect Highland travel planning?
Summer (June to August) brings long daylight hours but busy roads on the A82 and NC500. Autumn is quieter with excellent light for photography. Winter requires flexible scheduling as the A9 and A82 can close in snow. Spring (April/May) is often the best balance of weather and low visitor numbers.
